As busy as I have been with my son’s wrestling and the end of the school year I decided to do another SUPER easy and fast recipe. I am making Olive Cheese Bread. This is a SUPER simple and quick little appetizer that you can throw together last minute and have out for company. I mean come on who doesn’t love toasted bread and cheese lol! Simple Olive Cheese Bread

Ingredients
  

  • 1 French Bread Loaf
  • 20 Pimento Stuffed Green Olives Drained
  • 6 oz. Black Olives Drained
  • 2 Green Onions Diced
  • 1/2 Cup Butter Room Temperature
  • 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 3 Cups Monterey Jack Cheese Shredded

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 325˚F. Thinly slice all of your olives.
  • In a medium bowl beat together the butter and mayonnaise until completely combined. Add in the olives, green onions, and cheese and mix all together.
  • Slice the French loaf in half lengthwise, spread the mixture evenly over both halves of the loaf.
  • Place on a baking sheet and bake for about 25 to 30 minutes, until cheese is melted and a nice golden brown.
