Happy Friday everyone! Today we are going to make a really cool and simple recipe I know you will totally fall in love with! We are doing some Sausage Potato Beer Skewers. This is a quick and easy recipe that will make the perfect lunch, dinner, get together food. Whatever you use it for it will work perfectly. Simple Sausage Potato Beer Skewers

Total Time 30 minutes
Course Appetizer, BBQ, Dinner, Lunch
Cuisine American, Barbecue
Servings 4 Skewers

Ingredients
  

  • 12 Mini Potatoes
  • 12 oz. Kielbasa Sausage
  • 1 Cup Dark Beer
  • 1/2 Cup Honey
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Slice halfway through the potatoes like you would for a Hasselback potato. Slice sausage into about 1″ chunks. Alternate putting the potatoes and sausage onto the skewers.
  • Whisk together honey, beer, salt, and pepper. Place skewers in a bowl and pour half of the sauce over them. Allow to rest for about 15 to 30 minutes.
  • Heat your grill to medium-high heat. Place skewers onto the grill basting them with the beer sauce. Until they are fully cooked.
  • Serve with stone-ground mustard.

Notes

My wife likes softer potatoes, if you are the same you can boil them for about 5 to 8 minutes before you start.
