What’s up!? Time for another great Puerto Rican dish.This is another one of my favorite PR dishes… hey it’s a great meat in a fried pastry dough… not sure where flavor wise you can go wrong =) Puerto Rican Pastelillos are something served any where there is Puerto Rican food and restaurants, festivals… ANYWHERE lol. Go ahead and give this one a try I know you guys will love it.

Ingredients
  1. Picadillo de Carne

  3. 3-1/2 Cups All Purpose Flour
  4. 2-1/2 tsp. Salt
  5. 2 tsp. Baking Powder
  6. 3-1/2 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
  7. 1 Egg, Slightly Beaten
  8. 3/4 Cup Water
