  1. 2 lbs. Flank Steak
  2. 2 Medium Onions, Sliced
  3. 1/4 Cup Red Wine Vinegar
  4. Salt
  5. 2 tsp. Oregano
  6. 1 Tbsp. Cumin
  7. 2 garlic Cloves, Minced
  8. 1/2 Cup Chicken Stock
