If you follow my channel you know I love my burgers… Well I love a good burger. With that said it’s time for a new burger recipe. This time round I am doing a Philly Cheese Steak burger! I mean why not combine two awesome things like a Philly Cheese Steak and a Cheese Burger!!

Ingredients
  1. 2 lbs. Ground Beef
  2. 3/4 Cup Dark Ale
  3. 1/2 Cup Italian bread crumbs
  4. 1 Pack Au-Jus
  5. 1/2 Cup Basil leaves (minced)
  6. 1/2 Red Onion Minced
  7. 3 Clove Chopped Garlic
  8. 1 lbs. Thin Sliced Top Round Steak
  9. 8 oz. mushrooms
  10. 1 Sweet Onion
  11. 1 Green Bell Pepper
  12. 4 Slices of Pepper Jack Cheese
  13. 4 Slices of Cheddar Cheese
Instructions
  1. Mix Beef, Chopped Basil, Red Onions, 1 Glove of Garlic, Bread Crumbs, and 1/2 Cup of your Dark Ale thoroughly together and refrigerate.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl combine Au Jus packet, 3 cups water and 1/4 cup of Dark Ale. Mix this thoroughly. Set aside 1/8 cup Au-Jus for the onions etc. Add 1 lbs. beef top round steak stir then refrigerate.
  3. In a medium sauce pan, melt 2 tbsp butter over medium heat. Add in one sliced sweet onion. Add in 8 oz. mushrooms, 1 very coarsely chopped green bell pepper. Add in 1 clove chopped garlic and 1/8 cup Au Jus. Sautee until the onions, peppers and mushrooms have softened.
  4. Make 8 patties. First put down some of your pepper jack cheese, then add your steak and veggie mixture. Add another patty on top and thoroughly seal.
  5. Grill burgers to your desired temperature. When almost finished cooking add your cheddar cheese.
