When it came time to do a state burger one thing came up over and over. Barbecue Pork! So I figured why not just go over the top and make an awesome burger topped with a really good BBQ Pork and a great North Carolina BBQ Sauce. I had to put my own spin on it though to really put it over the top so I decided to stuff this bad boy with some Mac N’ Cheese! Than BAM!! The North Carolina Stuffed Burger was born. So go ahead and give this big bad mother a try!
Are you from North Caroline? Did I just totally miss the mark on this one? Hit me up and let me know what would make a better North Carolina burger.
