No Bake Strawberry Cheesecake

So everyone LOVED the Oreo Cheesecake I made ( you can check it out here https://youtu.be/J-C8oMjsJFA ). They killed it at my son’s birthday party so I decided to make a No Bake Strawberry Cheesecake. Another simple No Bake recipe that you guys will love.

Ingredients

1. 2 Cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
2. 6 Tbsp Margarine, melted
3. 1 Cup Sugar
4. 4 pkg (8oz. each) Cream Cheese
5. 1/2 Cup Strawberry Preserves
6. 2 Cups Fresh Strawberries
7. 8 oz. Whipped Topping

Instructions

1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, margarine, and 1/4 of sugar; press firmly into the bottom of 13x9 pan. Refrigerate while prepping the filling.
2. Beat cream cheese and 3/4 cup of sugar in large bowl with an electric mixer until blended. Add preserves; mix until blended. Place fresh strawberries in a small bowl add 2 Tbsp. mash with fork. Stir strawberries into cheese mixture. Gently stir in whipped topping. Spoon over crust.
3. Cover and refrigerate for 4 ours or until firm....
4. Eat (and enjoy) that Cheesecake!!
