New York Crumb Cake

So about a week or so ago I put a poll up on the Average Guy Gourmet Facebook page to see which of two desserts I would make. A Rum Cake or a New York Crumb Cake… Well as you can tell by the title of the video the winner of the poll was the New York Crumb Cake!! Make sure to head over to Facebook a little later tonight for another dessert recipe poll. Help decide what I am posting! Anyway I am kinda glad this one one, while I do like Rum Cake I LOVE this Crumb Cake lol it came out so freaking good and totally destroyed my diet. I think I am just off of it until the new year lol. So go ahead guys give this one a try know you will totally fall in love with it! New York Crumb Cake Recipe

Cake
  1. 1-1/2 Cups Flour
  2. 1 Cup Milk
  3. 1/2 Cup Sugar
  4. 1 Egg
  5. 2 Tbsp. Canola Oil
  6. 2-a/2 tsp. Baking Powder
  7. 2 tsp. Vanilla
  8. Salt
Crumble Topping
  1. 2-1/2 Cups Flour
  2. 1 Cup Butter, Melted
  3. 1 Cup Brown Sugar
  4. 1-1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Pre-Heat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. In Medium bowl mix all of the cake ingredients together until completely combined (it is a bit thicker than a normal cake).
  3. Spread into a greased 9x13 baking pan.
  4. In another bowl mix together all the crumble topping ingredients and spread over the cake batter.
  5. Bake for about 20-25 minutes, until the cake is completely done.
