So when I do the state burgers I have to look at what is either a famous food from that state or a state food. I had several options for New Hampshire, but then I saw the state fruit was a pumpkin… This made me say GAME ON!! I am making a burger based on Pumpkin!! So here you go my New Hampshire Slider, this is an awesome Black Bean and Pumpkin Slider. This is a really cool vegetarian alternative to the regular burger recipe out there and really was a LOT of fun in putting coming up with and putting together. So go ahead give this one a shot, I know you will LOVE how this one comes out.
Are you from New Hampshire? Do you have an awesome burger that better represents your great state? Hit me up and let me know what it is!
