The next stop on my tour of state inspired burgers… Massachusetts! This burger has a real Boston feel with backed beans and a nice Irish whiskey and great pub cheese I know this is one you guys will love! This is a really hearty great tasting burger that is just a bit messy. Hey I like my burgers messy if it isn’t dripping when ever you bite into it the burger doesn’t have enough on it lol. This Massachusetts Burger is a great one of a kind taste.
I really love doing these state inspired burgers. If this is your state and you have a better recipe that would make a good state burger for you let me know! I am always up for changing it up. I live in the midwest so will trust the people from the area =)

- 1-1/2 lbs. Ground Beef
- 1 tsp. Garlic Salt
- 3 tsp. Whiskey
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 2 Tbsp. All Purpose Flour
- 1/4 tsp. Mustard Powder
- 3/4 Cup Boston Lager
- 1/2 Cup Half & Half
- 8 oz. Shredded Sharp Cheddar
- 1 Tbsp. Horseradish
- Kettle Cooked Chips
- Baked Beans
