Jalapeño Popper Stuffed Bread

Hey everyone! Hopefully everyone had an amazing weekend =) We had my daughter’s birthday party so had a small family get together so got to cook a lot of food (you guys will get to see those coming in the next couple weeks I filmed them lol) Anyway today I am making a different cool little get together food. I decided to make a Jalapeño Popper Stuffed Bread. Yup I am essentially taking an awesome Jalapeño Popper dip and stuffing it into some French bread. Come on you know that sounds freaking amazing lol. So go ahead and try this one, when you do make it be sure to take a pic and post it to my Facebook page or on Instagram and tag me!

How to Make Jalapeño Popper Stuffed Bread

Total Time 25 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Loaf French Bread
  • 3 Tbsp. Butter Melted
  • 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 8 oz. Cream Cheese Softened
  • 1 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1 Cup Pickled Jalapeños Chopped
  • 2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
  • 1/2 Cup Bacon Cooked and Crumbled
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400˚F.
  • Cut the a gouge into the bread, start one side of the bread cut length wise, turn the bread and cut back down the other side. Remove the top of the bread and you should now have a nice bread boat.
  • Brush the inside of the bread with the melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder. Place on a baking sheet and bake for about 5 minutes.
  • In a medium bowl mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, jalapeños, bacon salt and pepper.
  • Scoop mixture into bread, top with mozzarella cheese and place back in the oven for another 6 to 10 minutes. Until the cheese is melted.
