Guacamole is one of those staples of a party menu. It is literally the ULTIMATE dip. There are a lot of different variations of it too. The Jalapeño Guacamole is my personal favorite version of Guacamole . The wife and I will sometimes be sitting and watching a movie late at night and just get that late not snack crave run down stairs and make a fresh bowl. Though we differ on the chips we like to use (she insists on lime… ugh!) but we both agree this is one of the best late night snacks we share together =). Ok this one isn’t just for mid night snacks though it is great for get togethers too. So go ahead dig in and make my favorite little snack here.

- 1 Jalapeño, Minced
