There are those days when you wake up and you just need a super strong shot of caffeine so you grab that extra large cup of coffee.. then when you get to work and start dealing with everyone you realize you need a little something something for that coffee. So you really want to Irish it up =) Well this one wont pack the same punch as that highly caffeinated and um… enhanced morning drink this one still tastes amazing. This Irish Coffee Mug Cake is a quick and simple dessert you can make and curl up watching a little TV and enjoy.

- 1 Egg
- 3 Tbsp. Vegetable
- 1 Tbsp. Sour Cream
- 1 Tbsp. Espresso Powder or Instant Coffee
- 3 Tbsp. Irish Whiskey
- 1/4 Cup Sugar
- 5 Tbsp. Self Rising Flour
- Salt
