You may know I am from Illinois, born and raised in Chicago. So Iowa is only one state over for me. In my wrestling travels I was in Iowa a LOT! Met some really, I mean REALLY good friends there. When it came time for this burger it was pretty easy to text a couple people and say “Hey! What the heck should I make for an Iowa burger?” It was my friend Hunter who got back to me fastest and said… PORK AND CORN!!! Nothing else matters lol. So literally that’s what I had to work with, pork and corn. So took a little playing and some brainstorming but you know I think I NAILED this one. So go ahead dig into my Iowa Burger and let me know how much you guys love it!!
