My wife loves a good soup, for her there literally nothing better. So for her I learned to make a ton of them. Now the thing for me is if I am going to eat soup it is usually a side dish. I like something hearty and filling, so because of this I started to learn more styles of soups. Hearty ones that I could make so not only my wife would like them but so I can have them as dinner. That is exactly what this Hearty Tuscan Soup is. A perfect soup for both the wife and I. It hits her spot for a nice soup and for me it is the perfect fall dinner. Plenty of vegetables to really make it a complete meal that the whole family will love. So go ahead and give this one a try I know you will end up loving it.

- 15 oz. Can Fire Roasted Tomatoes
- 1/2 Cup Elbow Macaroni, Uncooked
- 1 Onion, Chopped
- 1 Carrot, Chopped
