Healthy Skillet Lasagna

There are some dishes we all like a lot and want to eat all the time. Lasagna is one of those recipes. Thing is though you want to have those recipes and not have it be as bad for you to eat lol. Well this Healthy Skillet Lasagna uses a lot less of the noodles than a regular lasagna would and ends up being a LOT less carb loaded. The only probably you may run into it is so good you wont want to stop at one serving. Well at least the problem I run into a lot lol. The wife and I love this one and I know once you try it you will too.

Ingredients
  1. 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  2. 1 Onion, Chopped
  3. 3 Garlic Cloves, Diced
  4. Salt
  5. Pepper
  6. 1/2 tsp. Red Pepper Flakes
  7. 1 lbs, Ground Beef
  8. 8 Lasagna Noodles
  9. 1 8oz. Can Tomato Sauce
  10. 1 28 oz. Can Diced Tomatoes
  11. 1/3 Cup Water
  12. 6 oz. Skim Mozzarella Cheese
  13. 1 Cup 1% Cottage Cheese
