Today I did a really cook and Healthy Chipotle Lime Shrimp Taco with a really cook Strawberry Salsa. Really guys if you want to try a healthy meal this one is it.

Chipotle Lime Shrimp
  1. 1 lbs. Raw Shrimp
  2. Juice of 2 Limes
  3. 2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
  4. 3 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  5. 1 Tbsp. Adobo Sauce, from a can of chipotle chile peppers in adobo sauce
  6. 1 tsp. Lime Zest
  7. Salt
  8. Pepper
  9. 8 Corn Tortillas, Warmed
  10. 1/2 Cup Coleslaw Mix
  11. 4 oz. Cotija Cheese
Strawberry Jalapeño Salsa
  1. 8 oz. Fresh Strawberries, Chopped
  2. 1/2 Red Onion, Diced
  3. 2 Jalapeño Peppers, Seeded and Diced
  4. 1⁄4 Cup Fresh Cilantro, Chopped
  5. Juice of 1 Lime
  6. Salt
  7. Pepper
