What’s up everyone? Happy Labor Day. As we are all at home enjoying the day off of work and relaxing, maybe hitting the Barbecue. What ever it is you are planning on doing I have the perfect dessert for you! I had a BBQ/Tattoo party and made this Cookie Brownie Cheesecake, and OMG did it kill! I love.. no wait I LOVE Cheesecake I mean it is literally my BIGGEST weakness when it comes to desserts and eating decently. This is about as indulgent of a dessert as you can get! I mean brownie, Oreo cookies, cheesecake, chocolate chip cookies.. come on who isn’t going to love this one lol. So go ahead guys you KNOW you want to totally try this one.. forget want. You know you HAVE TO HAVE THIS ONE LOL. So when you do make it make sure to take a pic and post it to my Facebook page!

Ingredients
- 16 oz. Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
- 36 oz. Brownie Mix (2 Boxes)
- 24 oz. Cream Cheese, Softened
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 1 Egg
- Oreo Cookies
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Line Springform pan with plastic wrap and press softened cookie dough down. Shaping it evenly to the bottom of the pan. Wrap dough in plastic wrap and place in the freezer.
- Prep brownie mix according to directions on the box. Pour mix into springform pan.
- Grease the bottom of a cake pan or oven safe pot/pan and press into brownie mixture creating a well.
- If you have a 10 inch spring form pan you will use a 9 inch cake pan, is you have a 9 inch you will need an 8 inch pan to press into it.
- Bake for 35 minutes, then allow to cool for 5 minutes.
- Reduce oven temperature to 300 degrees.
- Press oreo cookies into bottom of the brownies.
- In large bowl mix together cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and egg until it is smooth.
- Pour Cheesecake in to the well in the brownies and bake for about 40 minutes. Then freeze for 30 minutes until cheesecake is firm
- Press another layer of oreo cookies on top of cheesecake, place frozen cookie dough on top of this. Tuck the edges to make sure the whole cookie is on the inside of the springform pan. Baje for 20 minutes.
- Chill completely and serve
