Connecticut White Clam Burger

Connecticut White Clam Burger

Connecticut was a state that I had to do some real digging on to try and find something to make for my state burger. One thing I did run across a few times was a white clam pizza. So I started thinking to myself how could I get my Connecticut White Clam Burger to be based on this. It took some playing and trying but I finally nailed a burger that I liked. This one ended up being a lot of fun just because of all the playing around and experimenting with a bunch of things. So go ahead and give this one a try let me know how much you love it!

Are you from Connecticut? Am I am way off the mark and should be doing something completely different for your burger? Hit me up and let me know what it should be!
