- 1 Large Egg
- 3 Tbsp. Coconut Milk
- 1/4 tsp. Vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. Coconut Extract
- 1/4 Cup Sugar
- 1/3 Cup Self Rising Flour
- Salt
- 1/4 Cup Shredded Coconut

Notes
- Don't have self rising flour? Here is how to make it.
- 1 cup all purpose flour, 3/4 tsp. baking powder, pinch of salt!
