Coconut Lime Sugar Cookies

I decided to do a nice little cookie recipe, but you know I couldn’t just do a plain old ordinary cookie recipe. I have to make something that’s just a little bit more if I am going to film it for you guys. After flipping through a few of my recipes I decided on Coconut Lime Sugar Cookies. I mean why not I love a great Sugar Cookie so this is like that, just to the next level lol. This is a nice light and sweet cookie that’s perfect for a summer time dessert.

Ingredients

1. 2-3/4 Cups Flour
2. 1 tsp. Baking Soda
3. 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
4. Salt
5. 1 Cup Butter, Softened
6. 1-1/2 Cups Sugar
7. 1 Egg
8. 1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
9. 1/2 tsp. Coconut Extract
10. Lime Zest
11. 3 Tbsp. Lime Juice
12. 1/2 Cup Shredded Coconut
13. 1/2 Cup Sugar for rolling the cookies in.
