Cinnamon Roll Cake

So I had a major attack of my sweet tooth the day I was filming this one, so really needed something to take care of it. What is better than cake for a sweet tooth right? So it comes down to what kind of cool and awesome cake would I be throwing down with. Then boom! I looked at the cinnamon and knew I hadn’t made a Cinnamon Roll Cake in a long time! So that’s what I am going with today. This is a really cool cake that is pretty darn simple, and will totally wow any one you make it for. You know this is a really cool recipe you want to try out. It is totally worth it and most of the ingredients are something you should have around the house!

Cake
  1. 3 Cups Flour
  2. Salt
  3. 3/4 Cup Sugar
  4. 4 tsp. Baking Powder
  5. 1-1/2 Cup Milk
  6. 2 Eggs
  7. 2 tsp. Vanilla
  8. 1/2 Cup Butter, Melted
Cinnamon Filling
  1. 1/4 Cup Butter, Melted
  2. 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
  3. 2 Tbsp. Flour
  4. 1 Tbsp. Cinnamon
Glaze
  1. 1 Cup Powdered Sugar
  2. 2 Tbsp. Milk
  3. 1/2 tsp. Vanilla
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a 9 x 13 pan with non stick spray.
  2. In a large bowl, mix everything together for the ingredients of the cake.
  3. Pour batter into prepared pan.
  4. For the topping, mix all of the ingredients well in a small bowl.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of topping on the batter and then swirl it with a knife.
  6. Bake in preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
  7. Drizzle glaze over warm cake.
