What’s up guys?! Guess what? It’s HUMP DAY!! We are half way through this week. If you missed it last night I was live on Twitch with a great Taco Tuesday recipe (and some great conversation, last night it was movies and comics other times Maddie has been a huge part of the stream) and tomorrow is a new dinner but today.. TODAY it is time for another burger! I wont stop till I have hundreds of burger recipes up on here! So on this awesome hump day I am doing a Chipotle Burger recipe. This is a really simple burger with a unique flavor palette that I know you guys will totally get into. So go ahead guys give this one a try, take pix of it, post it to any of my social media and let me know how much you love it!

Chipotle Burger Recipe

Ingredients
  1. 1 lb. Ground Beef
  2. 2 Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce
  3. 1 Tbsp. Garlic Powder
  4. 1 Tbsp. Onion Powder
  5. 1 Tbsp. Lime Juice
  6. 2 Onions, Sliced
  7. 2 Tbsp. Butter
  8. Salt
  9. Pepper
  10. 4 Hamburger Buns
  11. Lettuce, Shredded
Instructions
  1. Place chipotle peppers in a food processor or blender and puree.
  2. In medium bowl add ground beef, pureed peppers, lime juice, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Mix until completely combined.
  3. Form 4 burger patties, and grill to temperature of your liking. At the same time toast the burger buns.
  4. While burgers are grilling, slice onions.
  5. In Skillet or pan melt butter, place onions in pan and allow to caramelize about 8-10 minutes over a medium high heat.
  6. To assemble, on bottom bun lay lettuce, then burger patty, then about 1 Tbsp. of Adobo Sauce, top with onions. Close up and enjoy!
