Dinner time at the Rican Household are often frantic and has us scrambling for some easy and unique dishes. I like to always try and work with new recipes and serve something a little different every time. That doesn’t mean I have to get exotic and make something crazy sometimes it is just a really cool twist on a every day recipe. Thats exactly what these Cheesy Skillet Meatballs are. These meatballs are a really great twist on a simple classic recipe. I know we have most the ingredients at any given time to whip this one up is another bonus of it. So if you are ready for a not too difficult yet great tasting dinner this is the one your family has been waiting for.

- 1 lbs. Ground Beef
- 1 Large egg
- 1/2 Cup Breadcrumbs
- 1/2 Cup Red Onion, Minced
