Cheescake Factory Avocado Egg Roll

I have done a lot of egg rolls on my channel, they are just something I have a ton of fun with. I have also been asked to do some more copycat recipes so I figured it was time for both types. So I did the Cheesecake Factory Avocado Egg Roll with a Cilantro dipping sauce. This one is lighter then most of the Egg Rolls I have done in the past but still makes a great appetizer.

Egg Rolls

1. 3 Avocados, Halved
2. 1 Roma Tomato, Diced
3. 1/4 Cup Red Onion, Diced
4. 2 Tbsp. Cilantro, Chopped
5. Juice of 1 Lime
6. Salt
7. Pepper
8. Egg Rolls Wrappers

Dipping Sauce

1. 3/4 Cup Cilantro Leaves, Chopped
2. 1/3 Cup Sour Cream
3. 1 Jalapeno, Seeded and Diced
4. 2 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
5. 1 Garlic Clove, Diced
6. Lime Juice
7. Salt
8. Pepper
