Carrot Mug Cake Recipe

I love these quick simple little mug cake recipes =)

Ingredients
- 1 Large Egg
- 2 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
- 2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
- 1/4 tsp. Vanilla Extract
- Orange Zest, from one small orange
- Fresh Orange Juice, from one small orange
- 1/4 Cup Pineapple, Crushed
- 1/4 Cup Carrot, Grated
- 6 Tbsp. Self Rising Flour
- Pinch of Cinnamon
- Salt

you wrote the book in it or something. I think that you could
do with a few pics to drive the message home a little bit,
