Happy Saturday everyone! I know what a shocker I am getting the pancake of the week out on time this week lol. My son’s wrestling has me at tournaments all day Saturdays so I have been behind… no tournament today though lol. Anyway today I am going back to another sweet dessert style pancake. I am making some Butterfinger Pancakes. OMG these freaking things are so freaking good! I love playing around with different candies and treats and making pancakes out of them. Dessert for breakfast really is so much fun lol. When you make this one make sure to take a picture and post it over on my Facebook page!

Butterfinger Pancakes Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Flour
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 3 Mini Butterfinger Bars Chopped
  • 1-1/2 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • 1 Egg
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • In medium bowl mix together flour, baking soda, sugar and salt. In another whisk together milk, egg, vanilla.
  • Pour liquids into dries and combine thoroughly. Fold in chopped butterfingers.
  • Heat skillet/pan over medium heat and add in 1/4 cup of batter at a time cooking until golden brown. About 3-4 minutes per side.
  • Serve topped with chocolate sauce and some more chopped butterfingers.
