Most the time I do a dessert it is something I turn to m daughter Maddie and ask her what I should be making. This time she wanted cake… and blackberries. I guess that made it pretty darn straightforward she was asking me to make the Blackberry Mug Cake with out calling it out by name lol. Maddie really does a lot of the fruity type cakes I make. So you know kids and adults a like will like these.

- 1/2 Cup Blackberries
- 2 Tbsp. Unsalted Butter
- 1 Egg
- 1 Tbsp. Sour Cream
- 1/4 tsp. Vanilla
- 1/4 Cup Sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Cocoa Powder
- 1/4 Cup Self Rising Flour
- Salt
