- 1 Large Egg
- 3-1/2 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
- 3-1/2 Tbsp. Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 2 Tbsp. Cocoa Powder
- 1 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Self Rising Flour
- Salt
- 1-1/2 Tbsp. Caramel Sauce
- 1 Heath Bar, Crushed

Notes
- Don't have self rising flour? Here is how to make it.
- 1 cup all purpose flour, 3/4 tsp. baking powder, pinch of salt!
