Bang Bang Shrimp

I had a VERY busy couple of days ahead of me when I sat down and looked over what I was going to cook for the next couple of videos. Then I got a request from my son for some Bang Bang Shrimp. Well there I had my first recipe lol. Bang Bang Shrimp is a really quick and simple recipe I mean it sits at around 20 minutes to make so doesn’t take a lot of time at all to make, and let’s be honest the flavor in this one is so freaking amazing!! I mean Bang Bang Shrimp is one of those killer recipes that everyone will tear into and love every bite of. So go ahead and give this one a try and I know you will love it!

Bang Bang Shrimp Recipe

Ingredients
  1. 1 lb. Shrimp, Shelled and Deveined
  2. 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
  3. 1/4 Cup Thai Sweet Chili Sauce
  4. 1/4 tsp. Sriracha
  5. 1/2 Cup Butter Milk
  6. 3/4 Cup Corn Starch
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl add the mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce and Sriracha and stir.
  2. In a second bowl add the shrimp and buttermilk and stir to coat all the shrimp.
  3. Remove from the buttermilk and let excess liquid drain away.
  4. Coat the shrimp in cornstarch.
  5. In a heavy bottomed pan add 2-3 inches of canola oil and heat to 375 degrees
  6. Fry the shrimp until lightly brown, 1-2 minutes on each side.
  7. Once fried coat with the sauce and serve immediately.
