So you have people coming over and you forget to pick up an appetizer? Bell time is coming up you got people to make food for, so it’s time for some #DudeFood thats also a #KitchenQuickie!!!!! =) Well thats what this one is, a nice Bacon Wrapped Potato Wedge.

This is a super fast and super simple recipe that is great for last minute appetizers.

Ingredients
  1. 10 Potatoes
  2. 40 Slices of Bacon
  3. Salt
Instructions
  1. Pre-Heat oven to 400 Degrees.
  2. Boil Potatoes for about 10 minutes, Drain and let cool for a couple of minutes.
  3. Slice the Potatoes in quarters and wrap each wedge in bacon.
  4. Bake wedges for about 20 minutes (until Bacon is fully cooked) flipping the half way through.
  5. Salt Wedges, and allow to cool a bit before serving.
