Today I decided to put out an even easier than usual dinner I know you will totally fall in love with. This Bacon Pineapple Chicken is a great little dinner recipe that is super quick and simple and will save tons of time in your evening. When you make this one the whole family will fall in love. Bacon Pineapple Chicken

Total Time 55 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Chicken Breasts
  • 1 Cup BBQ Sauce
  • 1 Cup Pineapple Chopped
  • 6 Bacon Strips Cooked and Crumbled
  • 1/4 red Onion Sliced
  • 1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
  • 2 Green Onions Diced

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375˚F.
  • Place the chicken breasts in casserole dish. Coat with a layer of your favorite BBQ sauce.
  • Add on your pineapple, cooked bacon, sliced red onions, and mozzarella cheese.
  • Place in the oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes. You want to go until the chicken is cooked all the way through.
  • Top with a little extra pineapple and serve.
