Bacon Cheeseburger Loaded Fries

This is one of those shut up and GTFO episodes of Average Guy Gourmet lol. So I do a lot of well let’s turn that dish into a Bacon Cheeseburger. I have done Egg Rolls, Tacos, Pies, Dips.. tons of stuff. So I was having some loaded nachos with my son and though man I needed some Bacon Cheeseburger Loaded Fries!! I don’t just mean throwing some ground beef on top of fries and call them Cheeseburger Fries. No we have to really flavor that and make it totally worthy of being a Bacon Cheeseburger recipe. So come on you know it doesn’t matter if you make these Loaded Fries as a snack, a side, for lunch, for a get together this recipe is 100% winning! So when you make these (not if cause I know you will make them lol) make sure to take a picture and post them to my Facebook page!

Bacon Cheeseburger Loaded Fries Recipe

Total Time: 35 minutes

Yield: 4 Servings

Bacon Cheeseburger Loaded Fries Recipe

Ingredients

  • Fries:
  • 1-1/2 lb. French Fries
  • 3/4 lb. Ground Beef
  • 1/2 lb. Bacon, Cooked & Crumbled
  • 1 Onion , Chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Beef Broth
  • 1-1/2 Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
  • 8 oz. Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
  • Salt
  • Sauce:
  • 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. Ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp. Dill Relish
  • 1 Tbsp. Onion, Minced
  • 2 tsp. White Vinegar
  • 1 tsp. Sugar

Instructions

  1. Cook Fries per package instructions.
  2. Heat skillet/pan over medium heat.
  3. Add ground beef and onions, cook until beef is browned completely.
  4. Add in Beef Broth, Apple Cider Vinegar, Brown Sugar, Worcestershire Sauce, Soy Sauce, Salt and Pepper.
  5. Bring to a boil, turn heat down and allow to simmer 10-15 minutes then remove from heat and drain.
  6. Set oven to 350 degrees, take cooked fries and place them in a baking dish. Top fries with ground, shredded cheese and crumbled bacon.
  7. Place in oven for for about 10 minutes until cheese is melted and top with any toppings of your choice.
  8. To make sauce just take all ingredients and mix together.
