Hey guys, hope everyone had an awesome weekend. I have been doing more breakfast recipes lately and have been having a blast doing them. With that said… here is another really cool breakfast recipe for you guys lol. I am making a Bacon and Egg Monkey Bread! Boom!! lol yup I am talking an awesome little family breakfast (notice a theme here I love family breakfasts) This one was destroyed by my whole family as soon as I was done filming. Bacon and Egg Monkey Bread Recipe

Total Time 45 minutes

Ingredients
  

Monkey Bread:

  • 16 oz. Biscuits
  • 1/2 lb. Bacon Cooked & Crumbled
  • 6 Eggs
  • 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese Shredded
  • 4 Tbsp. Butter
  • 2 Tbsp. Green Onions Diced

Sauce:

  • 1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1 tsp. Lemon Juice

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350˚.
  • While oven is preheating, scramble yours eggs and cook your bacon.
  • Cut biscuits into quarters, place into a large bowl and coat with melted butter and toss.
  • Add in scrambled eggs, bacon, cheese, and green onion and mix all together.
  • Place into bundt pan and bake for 30 minutes.
  • While monkey bread is baking combine all sauce ingredients and whisk together.
  • Allow monkey bread to cool and remove from pan and drizzle the sauce over it.
