Alaskan Salmon Burger

Time again to visit the 50 States of Burgers! This time I am using Alaska as my inspiration. So I decided to go with a Salmon based burger. We came up with this AWESOME Alaskan Salmon Burger with a Lemon Dill Sauce. I know you guys will dig it so go ahead and check it out.

Now this is my version of the Alaskan burger. If you have a better idea let me know I would love to play with something that better represents the state of Alaska!

Salmon Patties
  1. 1 lbs. Salmon Filet, Cut into 1" Cubes
  2. 2 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
  3. 5 Tbsp. Shallots, Minced
  4. 1 Tbsp. Capers
  5. 2 Tbsp. Dill, Chopped
  6. Salt
  7. Pepper
  8. 1/2 Cup Breadcrumbs
Lemon Dill Sauce
  1. 4 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
  2. 2 Tbsp. Mustard
  3. 2 tsp. Lemon Juice
  4. 1/4 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
  5. 2 tsp. Shallots, Minced
  6. 2 tsp. Dill, Chopped
  7. 2 tsp. Basil

    Thank you so much we are a small deli and were new and we have been struggling but I have been following you will at least I’m starting to follow you and this week we made the Alabama Burger it was a big hit! We sold more he and burgers then we have in the past year in one day. I want to do an Alaskan Burger can you help me? But I need a beef a lasking Burger.
