So as you guys are watching this video (if you’re watching it close to it’s release lol) I am on a plane home from my vacation and probably not to happy about leaving a tropical paradise and having to go back to work on Monday LMAO!! But on the other hand this weekend is St. Patrick’s Day so I am going to chill and have a beer with my friends before going back in. If you are having people over and need the perfect St. Patrick’s Day party dip I totally have you covered with this freaking awesome Reuben Dip! So go ahead guys, invite a few friends over, crack a brew, make this dip have a party and enjoy your weekend!

Reuben Dip Recipe

Total Time 30 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz. Cream Cheese Softened
  • 8 oz. Corned Beef Chopped
  • 1 Cup Swiss Cheese Shredded
  • 1/2 Cup Sauerkraut Drained
  • 1/4 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1/4 thousand Island Dressing

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat oven to 400˚.
  • In large bowl combine, cream cheese, corned beef, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, sour cream, thousand island dressing.
  • Spread into a pie dish, and back for about 15-20 until it is hot and bubbling.
