Today I decided to make another mug cake. I went a little fancier this time and made a sweet little red velvet mug cake with a cream cheese frosting.

1. 1 Large Egg
2. 3 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
3. 1 tsp. Liquid Red Food Coloring
4. 3 Tbsp. Buttermilk
5. 2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
6. 1/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
7. 2 Tbsp. Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
8. 1/4 tsp. White Vinegar
9. 1/4 Cup Self Rising Flour
10. ( For self rising flour - 1 Cup All-Purpose Flour, 1/4 tsp. Baking Powder, Pinch of Salt)

Cream Cheese Frosting

1. 2 Tbsp. (1 oz.) Cream Cheese, Softened
2. 1 tsp. Butter, Softened
3. 1/8 tsp. Vanilla Extract
4. 1/2 Cup Confectioners Sugar
5. Pinch of Salt
