Rice Pudding Mug Cake Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Larger Egg
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • Salt
  • Cinnamon
  • 1/2 Cup Raisins
  • 2 Cups Cooked Rice

Instructions
 

  • n medium bowl, whisk together egg and sugar with a fork. Stir in the milk, vanilla, salt, and cinnamon. Add raisins and rice and stir them well so they are completely coated with the custard.
  • Divide the mixture between two large mugs. Microwave separately for 1-1/2 to 1-2/2 minutes each until the custard is absorbed and pudding is firm.
