Preheat your oven to 400˚F. Brush a little olive oil on each of your Naan. Place on a baking sheet and bake for about 6 to 7 minutes until they start to get some color to them.
Brown and break up the ground beef, drain it and set aside until you are ready to use it.
In a small bowl mix together the mayonnaise, ketchup, relish, and mustard.
Spread sauce over the top of your Naan, top with the ground beef, salt and pepper, cheese, and place back in the oven for another 5 or 6 minutes, long enough for the cheese to melt.
