Cheeseburger Flatbread

This is it last day of February! Today I am going to throw down with a fun little lunch, dinner, party food? I am now exactly sure what it is other than, well AWESOME!! lol This Cheeseburger Flatbread is a cool little recipe, that you can tweak and make your own, want some bacon? Boom just throw it on there. Doesn’t matter what you like as a burger topping it will work here. How to Make Cheeseburger Flatbread

Total Time 33 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Naan Flatbreads or 4 Minis
  • 1 lb. Ground Beef
  • 1 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
  • 4 Tbsp. Ketchup
  • 2 tsp. Mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. Pickle Relish
  • 4 – 6 Pickles Sliced
  • 4 oz. Cheddar Cheese Shredded
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Lettuce Shredded

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400˚F. Brush a little olive oil on each of your Naan. Place on a baking sheet and bake for about 6 to 7 minutes until they start to get some color to them.
  • Brown and break up the ground beef, drain it and set aside until you are ready to use it.
  • In a small bowl mix together the mayonnaise, ketchup, relish, and mustard.
  • Spread sauce over the top of your Naan, top with the ground beef, salt and pepper, cheese, and place back in the oven for another 5 or 6 minutes, long enough for the cheese to melt.
  • Top with pickle slices and lettuce.
