While the chicken cooks in a small sauce pan combine sweet chili sauce, pineapple juice and jalapeño. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat and allow to simmer for about 5 to 10 minutes until it slightly thickened slightly. Set 3 tablespoons of sauce aside.
Bruse sliced pineapples with the 3 tablespoons of sauce and grill on each side of the slice for a couple of minutes.
Toss chicken in the remaining sauce and serve with grilling pineapple.
