In a large skillet add beef. Break it up and brown it, with about a minute or so left on the beef add in the garlic. It should cook long enough to become fragrant.
Add in sesame oil, ketchup, hoisin, water, soy, rice wine vinegar and chili paste. Stir together and cook until moisture begins to evaporate/ Should be about 5 to 6 minutes before it becomes sloppy.
