How to Make Korean Beef Sloppy Joe

Ingredients
  

  • 1-1/2 lb. Ground Beef
  • 3 Garlic Cloves Minced
  • 2 tsp. Sesame Oil
  • 1/2 Cup Ketchup
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. Chili Paste
  • 4 Brioche Buns Toasted

Instructions
 

  • In a large skillet add beef. Break it up and brown it, with about a minute or so left on the beef add in the garlic. It should cook long enough to become fragrant.
  • Add in sesame oil, ketchup, hoisin, water, soy, rice wine vinegar and chili paste. Stir together and cook until moisture begins to evaporate/ Should be about 5 to 6 minutes before it becomes sloppy.
  • Toast buns, spoon the meat on and enjoy!
