Place pizza dough on a baking sheet/pizza stone, brush with a little olive oil and poke holes with a fork. Place in oven and bake for about 7 to 10 minutes, until the dough starts to get a nice golden hue to it.
Remove dough from the oven and spread Italian cheese evenly over the dough, next top with the apple slices, bacon, garlic and lastly the blue cheese crumble.
Bake for about 10 to 12 minutes until crust is completely cooked and cheese is is completely melted. Drizzle with maple syrup and serve.
