How to Make Mac N' Cheese Stuffed Meatballs

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. Ground Beef
  • 2 Tbsp. Onion Chopped
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/3 Cup Panko Bread Crumbs
  • 1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese Shredded
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1-1/2 oz. Cheddar Cheese Cubbed
  • 1 Cup Mac N' Cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. BBQ Sauce

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375˚F.
  • In a medium bowl combine beef, onion, egg, panko, shredded cheese, and pepper. Mix together and separate into 10 equal portions.
  • One at a time flatten the meat out, scopp in about 1 Tbsp. of Mac N' Cheese, 1 cube of cheese. Fold the meat around the filling and seal shut. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet, do this with all of the meat.
  • Brush lightly with BBQ sauce and place in oven for about 25minutes, until meat is cooked all the way.
