How to Make Bacon Cheddar Jalapeño Beer Bread

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Cups Flour
  • 1 Tbsp. Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Cumin
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 6 Bacon Slices Cooked and Crumbled
  • 3 Jalapeños Seeded and Diced
  • 2-1/4 Cups Cheddar Cheese Grated
  • 12 oz. Beer

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350˚F. Lightly grease a loaf pan.
  • Mix all the ingredients together in a large, go until they are just combined. Don't over mix.
  • Spoon batter into your loa pan and bake for about 55 to 60 minutes, until it is lightly browned and set. Remove from oven and allow to cool for about 20 minutes.
  • Slice and serve.
