Simple Air Fryer Salt and Vinegar French Fries

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Yukon Gold Potatoes
  • 4-1/2 Cups White Vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Clean the potatoes and cut into about 1/4 inch strips, and place in a large bowl. Using about 4 Cups of vinegar cover the potatoes. Make sure they are completely submerged in the vinegar. Set aside and allow to soak at least 30 minutes.
  • Drain vinegar and pat dry all the fries. Drizzle oil over fires and toss to coat. Load fries into the air fryer into single layer batches. Fry at 180˚F for about 18 to 20 minutes, flipping them over half way through.
  • Remove from the fryer toss in 1 tsp. of vinegar and salt to taste.
