In a small bowl mix together paprika, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper and oregano.
Einse ribs, pat dry and remove membrane from the back of ribs. Cut slab into 3 pieces so it will fit in the instant pot. Cut everything with with the drub rub.
Pour 1 cup of water into the pot, then add apple cider vinegar and liquid smoke. Place the rack in pot and place ribs on the rack so they are out of the liquids.
Close slid and set to pressure cook for 25 minutes. Allow a 5 minute natural release then quick release the remaining pressure.
Set oven to broil. Baste the ribs in your favorite BBQ sauce and place under the broiler for 3 to 4 minutes until you get a nice char on the ribs.
