Preheat the oven to 425˚. In a shallow bowl place the melted butter, in a second the flour, in a third place the eggs and beat, in a 4th bowl place the bread crumbs.
Dip the mushrooms in the butter, then coat it in the flour, then the egg and last completely coat in panko.
Place the mushrooms on a baking sheet and place in the oven for about 10 to 12 minutes.
Carefully dip all the mushrooms in the buffalo sauce so they are all coated. Place back into the oven for another 5 minutes.
Once done put blue cheese dressing into the well where the stem was. Top with a blue cheese crumble and serve.
