Add about 1 Tbsp. of olive oil to a cast iron skillet, and in onions, and bell pepper. Cook for about 5 minutes until the vegetables start to soften.
Add sausage into the pan the pan break up and cook until completely browned. Add flour and stir so everything is coated nicely then add in your seasoning, salt and pepper. Stir in pizza sauce and remove from heat.
Add mozzarella cheese over the filling, and lay the pizza dough over the top of everything. Brush with the remaining olive oil, and top with pepperoni slices.
Place in the oven for about 40 minutes, until the dough is a golden brown.
Allow to cool for about 5 to 10 minutes slice and serve.
