Bang Bang Shrimp Taco Bites

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Shrimp
  • 1-1/4 Cup Flour
  • 1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 Cup Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 Thai Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Sriracha
  • 1 Cup Lettuce Shredded
  • 24 Wonton Wrappers
  • 2 Tbsp. Green Onions Diced
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oil to 375˚, and preheat your oven to 350˚.
  • In a medium bowl mix together the milk and place the shrimp into the mixture and allow it to soak. In a second bowl mix together the flour, salt, pepper, paprika and garlic powder.
  • Take shrimp out of the milk mixture letting the excess drain off and toss it in the flour mixture. Place coated shrimp into the heated oil and allow to cook for a few minutes until golden brown, remove and lay on a paper towel.
  • While shrimp is cooking place 2 wonton wrappers into each cup of a muffin tin and bake in your preheated oven for about 10 minutes until they become crispy.
  • In a large bowl mix together your mayonnaise, sriracha, and chili sauce. Toss the cooked shrimp until completely coated.
  • Place shredded lettuce into each baked wonton cup, top it with bang bang shrimp then diced green onion, or any other taco toppings you want.
